Why SERVPRO when you find mold!

After removing the carpet in this home a few small areas of mold were found. The mold was HEPA-vacuumed, then cleaned with an anti-microbial product that our technicians use for the remediation of mold. After giving the product the required amount of dwell time, the floor was allowed to dry completely. We then applied a coat of primer to seal the areas that were treated for the mold growth. The home is now ready for new carpet.
