Why SERVPRO when it comes to moldy subfloors!

The first photo shows the before shot of some mold that was found on the sub-floor after the carpet was removed. The second photo is after the mold was cleaned using a HEPA-vacuum and an anti-microbial product. Once being treated with the anti-microbial and allowing the appropriate dwell time the floor was allowed to dry completely and then was sealed with a primer before the new carpet is laid.
